Well, it looks like I got a “lateral” promotion. After 14 years working with this organization they are giving me the chance to lead the Wed Development Team. I’m not sure if this is the path I want my career to go or not. There seems to be a lot more time in Microsoft Project then in code, but I do enjoy a new challenge. So I am going to start with a fresh perspective and see where this takes me.
