I did my challenges early today 5 push ups and 30 second planks…The push up were still difficult but a little easier, and I mean a little easier, then yesterday. So according to the challenge calendar I get to take tomorrow of, but the planks are asking for another 30 seconds. I think the planks would be easier if I was not doing them on berber carpet.
